Life brings many challenges, and it is understandable that at times we might look for support in facing them. I am providing a non-judgemental space to talk about what is happening in your life. Sometimes in life it can be helpful to talk to someone who is not part of your network.

It is my role to provide space and guidance to help you on your journey of self-discovery; to enable you to examine your life and make new, meaningful choices within it.

Pioneers Of Integrative Training Since 1978

2006 - 2012 Training in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Minster Centre in London (UK)

The Minster Centre is a well established, BACP regulated training institute for integrative psychotherapy and counselling.

I completed the training with an MA (accredited by Middlesex University), the 'Advanced Diploma Integrative Psychotherapy' and a diploma in integrative counselling.

Human being are very skilful at silencing others. As human beings we need others to listen to us when we go through difficult experiences. I will do my best to listen to listen you your experience.

This takes time. Sometimes when you are traumatised simply talking will not bring you immediate relief. I have other tools available to help you with very painful experiences.

People silence other in families and in communities. I have written about silencing that happens between religious communities. As someone with a religious background I am very aware of the adverse impact of religion on people's lives Nevertheless to me faith remains a source of comfort (as well as a challenge to live a meaning full life).

The European Association for Psychotherapy

I am a member of Deutscher Dachverband für Psychotherapie e.V. DVP, which is recognised by the EAP. The EAP promotes Psychotherapy as an independent profession. I am a DVP board member.

The EAP recognises the integrative approach as evidence based.
